COBRA keeps your plan. It also hands you the whole bill.

When you leave a job, COBRA lets you keep the same coverage — but your employer stops paying their share, so you pick up the full premium plus an administrative fee. For a lot of people, a different plan does the same job for less.

Typical COBRA premium

$692/mo

Roughly the national average for single coverage once you're paying 100% of the premium plus the 2% administrative fee.

Omni Health group plan

$244/mo

Starting individual rate on one of the group plans we offer. Your rate depends on plan, age, and state — an advisor confirms it before you enroll.

Both figures are starting points, not quotes. The only way to know your number is a short conversation — which costs nothing.

Four steps, one phone call

No portal to set up, no paperwork to mail, no waiting days for a quote by email.

We pull your options

An advisor compares group, private, and marketplace plans available where you live.

We call and walk through it

What each plan covers, what it costs, and where the tradeoffs are. Questions welcome.

Enroll if it fits

If one works for you, we handle enrollment on the call. If none do, that's a fine outcome too.

Built for people the marketplace doesn't fit

If you're self-employed, between jobs, earning too much for a subsidy, or simply healthy and tired of subsidizing everyone else, you have more options than healthcare.gov shows you.

No enrollment window

Group and private plans don't wait for November. If you need coverage in March, you can start in March.

Priced on health, not income

Private plans rate you on age and health. If you're in good shape and earn well, that usually works in your favor.

Coverage that travels

Nationwide provider networks matter if you drive freight, take travel-nurse contracts, or work across state lines.

Marketplace plans too

We're ACA-registered. If a subsidized plan beats everything else for you, we'll say so and help you enroll in it.

A real licensed agent

You get an advisor licensed in your state — not a rotating queue reading from a script.

Same-day answers

Most people get their real numbers on the first call, and some plans can start as soon as the next day.

  • Truck drivers
  • Traveling nurses
  • Coming off COBRA
  • Self-employed & 1099
  • Over the subsidy cutoff
  • Missed open enrollment

Questions worth asking first

The things people ask on the call, answered before you pick up the phone.

Do I have to wait for open enrollment?

Not for every plan. Group and private plans can start any day of the year. ACA marketplace plans follow federal enrollment periods — though a qualifying life event like losing coverage, moving, marriage, or a new baby opens a special enrollment period for you.

What does it cost to talk to an advisor?

Nothing. Our advisors are paid by the insurance carriers, so there's no fee for a consultation, a comparison, or help enrolling — and you're not obligated to buy anything.

Is $244 a month guaranteed?

No — and be skeptical of anyone who guarantees a health insurance price online. $244 is a starting rate for an individual on one of our group plans. Your actual premium depends on the plan, your age, your state, and who else needs coverage. An advisor gives you your real number before you decide anything.

Are these ACA plans?

Some are. We're registered to sell ACA marketplace plans, and we also offer group and private plans that are not ACA-compliant. Which is better depends on your income, your health, and how you actually use care. An advisor walks you through both sides — including what a non-ACA plan doesn't cover.

What happens after I submit the form?

A licensed advisor calls the number you gave us, usually within a few minutes during business hours. They'll ask a few questions, pull your real options, and explain what each one covers. You're never obligated to enroll, and you can ask us to stop contacting you at any time.

Find out what you'd actually pay

One call replaces guesswork with a real number. No cost, no obligation, no pressure to switch.
